Our story started with our founder, Albert, in the gym. A cap has always been part of his kit, helping him shut out the world, get into the zone and focus on the tin.
The structured snapbacks Albert wore weren’t washable, but after six sessions a week they definitely need a wash. As a result, they all lost shape, fell apart and ended up in the bin after as little as six weeks.
It was costing a f*cking fortune and who wants to buy something they love that they can’t look after? Sure, washable caps exist, but they’re unstructured and look like shit - have some self respect! after 100 years of the same design - not joking - it didn’t seem likely anyone was about to create anything better. so we did it ourselves.

Simply put your cap in the washing machine on it's own at 30 degrees.
It only needs a short wash, we've tested ours in washes as short as 15 mins and it's done the job!
Please note:
- Washing it at higher temperatures will compromise the improved buckram we use. So stick to 30 degrees.
- Washing your cap with other items make it likely to break. The other items become heavy when wet and will pull the stitching away. So wash your 1Cap on it's own.
We currently just ship to the UK. But get in touch to let us know if you'd like us to ship to your country!

Yes we accept returns within 14 days of when the cap is received. Caps must be returned to our warehouse in the same condition it left it.
